Mill News : Jackson's Mill is For Sale. Please contact us for details.

Jackson's Mill now stands on over 2 acres of wooded land and lawned garden.  The site plan below shows the position of the Mill, including the limestone barn, the mill race and other features including the bridges.
The Mill is set on the hillside forming the Eastern escarpment of the Collins Creek valley.  The following elevation drawings show the slope of the land and the building.   The lowest levels of the mill are partially underground and house the turbines that were powered by the mill race running under the property.
The following rough floorplans give some idea of the renovations to the Mill over the years. These do not include some of the more interesting parts of the property on the lower floors where the walls are all exposed limestone. The wine cellar, photographic studio are in place, and there are plans for a pottery, art studio, gym and hot tub.
There is no lack of space at the Mill, with the overall inside floor area being circa. 8,000 square feet.
The potential is endless.
